Data Protection Statement
The Spa obtains personal information from you when you arrange an appointment in order that we can contact you in the event of any changes. The information we obtain is normally your full name and contact telephone number, either landline or mobile.
The Spa takes privacy very seriously and our policy sets out the information we collect and the ways in which we may use that information.
We retain only the personal information which you provide us with and if you have any reservations or concerns about giving us your personal information you do not need to provide it, though this may have a direct effect on making contact with you on changes to your appointment.
We will never disclose the information we receive from you to unconnected third parties and will not use it for any general contact list. Should we not be able to contact you on the phone, we may send you a text on your mobile, however that is on a very rare occasion.
If at any time you wish to verify or amend the information you have given to The Spa, you can do so by making direct contact with us. If at any time you wish the personal information held about you to be completely removed, you must make a specific request to this effect, preferably to Lisa Anderson.
